Soft Armor explores the silent transformations we go through- the coexistence of fragility and strength, and the way identity evolves alongside us.

Draping becomes a form of support.
Repeated folds create rhythm.
Natural fabrics fall freely on the body, gather, open, and leave space for movement, breath, and reconstruction.

Each piece is created for the woman who does not need to appear perfect in order to feel strong. For the woman who is still discovering herself, while learning to hold herself with more softness and care.

SS26 is about what remains gentle and authentic within us, even after we change.

Product creation and Prototyping archive

It all begins with an idea.

The creative process
involves essential sketching, refining multiple concepts. The focus then shifts
to perfecting the pattern, ensuring it meets all criteria for the flawless end
product. The prototyping phase is where the fun begins, meticulously crafting
every line on canvas. Through rigorous testing and validation, we seamlessly
transition from prototype to the final product.

This season, our focus is firmly rooted in materials. We’ve chosen only natural, certified fabrics- linen sourced under the Circular Fabric Standard, undyed GOTS-certified hemp, and chrome-free leather- to create pieces that are both conscious and tactile.

Inspired by the principles of Suprematism and Marcel Duchamp’s emphasis on geometry, we explore bold, structured lines and minimalistic forms. The silhouettes remain simple, yet distinct—allowing the integrity of the materials to take center stage. Each piece is designed to feel honest, refined, and quietly powerful.

About us

"BOULEVARD” is a Romanian - based artisan atelier. We began with a love for high-quality,
durable, and sustainable products made from natural materials meant to last a
lifetime. Our expertise comes from the esteemed Italian teaching system,
enriched with unique tools and knowledge from the world-renowned Istituto di
Moda Burgo.

Transport yourself to the Victorian era with Boulevard, envisioning fashionable strolls
along beach promenades where societal visibility was paramount. Today, we draw
inspiration from the empowered women leading in traditionally male-dominated
professional and political spheres. Embracing the image of a woman as our muse,
we adorn it with authenticity, quality, and appreciation for inherent
beauty—echoing the essence of a woman herself.

Slow fashion approach

We embrace
slow fashion by conscientiously evaluating the processes and resources involved
in crafting clothing. Our focus centers on timeless, high-quality designs.
Through deliberate production schedules, smaller collections, zero-waste
designs, and the use of sustainable materials,, we strive to minimize textile
waste and mitigate pollution.
